GNOCCHI ROSE


INGREDIENTS :

500 g Unico Gnocchi
32 oz Unico Plum Tomatoes
4 tbsp Gallo Pure Olive Oil
8 oz 35% cream
½ onion diced
4 tbsp of grated parmesan
4 leaves of basil
1 pinch of pepper
4 pinches of salt

PREPARATION: Puree the canned tomatoes in a food processor. Heat the oil in a pot and cook the onion for 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and cook for 6 minutes at medium heat. Season with salt and pepper and pour in all of the cream. Keep stirring for another 2 minutes.

How to cook gnocchi:

If you are using the imported gnocchi that is vacuum packed, you cook it for 2 minutes in boiling salted water and then finish in the sauce in another 2 minutes. Toss well and place on the plate. Add parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
