RISOTTO ALLA BOLOGNESE

INGREDIENTS :

2 cups of Unico Arborio Rice
2 L of water
500 g ground beef
½ onion chopped
½ cup of Gallo Extra Light Olive Oil
1 small carrot chopped
2 sticks of celery chopped
28 oz Unico Plum Tomatoes
4 pinches of pepper
4 pinches of salt
2 pinches of oregano
2 leaves of basil
2 tbsp of parmesan cheese

PREPARATION: Get a large pot ready. Heat olive oil and add chopped onions, carrot, and celery. Leave it to cook for 1 minute. Add the rice and cook for another minute. Pour in the tomatoes, season with oregano, salt and pepper then basil. Pour in the water and leave to cook for 20 minutes.

After, add the Parmesan cheese and serve.
