INSALATA DI POMODORO, OLIVE E CIPOLLE

INGREDIENTS :

4 tomatoes
4 oz Unico Pitted Green Olives
1 onion sliced thinly
¼ tbsp. basil
4 tbsp. Gallo Pure Olive Oil
¼ tbsp. salt

PREPARATION: Core the tomatoes and cut into small wedges. Add the olives, onions, basil, olive oil, salt and toss well. Put the salad in the refrigerator, and let marinate for at least 1 hour before serving, then serve cold.
