ARTICHOKE PIZZAIOLA

INGREDIENTS :

8 Unico Marinated Artichoke Hearts
1 lemon
4 tbsp Gallo Pure Olive Oil
1 garlic clove
14 oz (398 ml) canned Unico Plum Tomatoes
25 g (1 oz) parmesan grated cheese
¼ tsp chopped oregano
1 tbsp chopped parsley
salt & pepper
2 tbsp stock

PREPARATION:  Add the tomatoes, mashed with a fork, olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese, oregano, stock and parsley. Season with salt and pepper and simmer gently. Spoon over marinated artichokes already arranged in a dish.  Garnish with fresh lemon squeeze. 

Serve hot.

PREPRATION TIME: 20 minutes
