PENNE WITH SAUSAGE & OLIVES

INGREDIENTS :

5 hot Italian sausages, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 can UNICO Medium Pitted Olives (200 ml), drained
3 tbsp. Gallo Pure Olive Oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. Freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. Dried oregano
1 tbsp. Unico Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup Fresh Basil , chopped
1 lb. Unico Penne Rigate, cooked

PREPARATION: Heat the olive oil then add the sausage pieces and the garlic; cook the sausages through- do not drain. Add the pepper, oregano and olives to the sausage mixture.

Add the sausage mixture to the penne and toss the new mixture with the balsamic vinegar and the fresh basil. Garnish with basil and sliced tomatoes.
