CAPPELLINI WITH CAPER AND TUNA SAUCE

INGREDIENTS :

½ yellow pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
½ cup Unico Whole Roasted Peppers, lightly chopped
2 tbsp. Unico Capers
1 tbsp. Parsley , freshly chopped
1/3 cup Unico Vegetable Oil
3 ½ ounces Unico Tuna, drained
2 tbsp. Red wine
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Unico Tomato Paste
1 Ib. Unico Unico Capellini, cooked

PREPARATION: Heat the oil and add the yellow pepper and the onion; cook over high heat for five minutes. Add the remaining ingredients (except for the pasta) and sauté for ten minutes over medium heat. Toss the sauce with the cooked pasta and garnish the dish with fresh parsley and shaved Romano cheese.
