INGREDIENTS :

1 pkg. Unico Broad Egg Noodles

½ cup butter ; at room temperature

½ cup milk

½ cup grated parmigiano reggiano

PREPARATION: Cook noodles in salted water according to directions on package. While noodles are cooking, combine butter, milk and cheese; mash with a fork until blended. Place ½ of the mixture on a warm serving dish. Drain cooked noodles and place in the dish. Add remaining butter mixture and lift about with a fork and spoon gently until well mixed. Salt and pepper to taste.
