Serves:
PREPARATION: Lightly brush flatbread crust with olive oil, or spread pizza dough to fill pizza pan. Spread sauce evenly on base.Top with chunks of tuna, artichokes, capers, olives and anchovies. Add grated parmesan cheese to cover.Bake 10 – 15 minutes if using flatbread or 20 – 25 minutes (if fresh dough) in 450 degree oven (preheated). Serve with marinated vegetables or tossed salad. (Makes 4 – 6 servings) Preparation time – 5 minutes. Cook time 15 – 25 minutes.
